CASA MARINHA, literally translates to "house marine" or "house waterscape". This riverside estate sits on a 1.6-acre plot on the banks of River Nerul. It has a glass facade with uninterrupted views of lush green lawns, coconut trees and River Nerul on one side and a brick wall exterior on the other 2 sides of its triangular structure.
My task was to design a luxurious brochure in line with the grandeur of the property to be shared with potential buyers.
